Whether you have a charcoal grill, a gas grill, or a campfire; we can guide you to your best grilled dishes and techniques to impress your friends and family. Grill on Grill Action caters to all diets and food preferences. One does not need to be a carnivore to enjoy grilling and smoking!
In the summer of 2019, three friends, Jeff Barkley (the Grill Master), Celine Barkley (the Wife and Foundation), and Stacy MacNamera (the Foodie) all hosted an end-of-summer “BBQ Blowout at the Barkley’s” for 25 of our closest friends and family. The foodie friends offered an enormous spread of ribs, chicken, kebabs, smoked meats, cold salads, steaks, veggies, and drinks. Stunning, smoky scents filled the neighborhood as bystanders stood in awe. Food was shared, bread was broken, friends were made. Guests were impressed so much by the flavors and techniques; an idea was born.

The Grill Master
By day, I am an executive at a Fortune 500 company. I make decisions, budget, and consult with different departments. During the day, I am a suit-and-tie guy. However, once I am home from the office, the suit comes off and my grilling apron goes on. I grill for my family at least 3 nights per week, and we love to eat outside under the stars. Growing up, my dad took my siblings and I camping every summer. We learned the importance of being able to feed yourself a hot meal without a fully equipped kitchen nearby. Having nightly dinners by the campfire was unlike any other memory from my childhood. That experience has made me who I am today, and has fueled my fiery fondness of food.
The Wife & Foundation
I am a full-time chef, wife, and mother. My restaurant has amassed 3-stars by the Michelin Guide, which is one of my proudest achievements. My other proudest achievement is my family. My wonderful husband and I have been together for 10 years, and every year gets better and better. I never get tired of cooking, even after a long day at the restaurant. I am always ready for the next dish, the next food craze, the next big thing. There is no grill tip, trick, and technique I don’t know. My restaurant grills over open flames, so I consider myself to be the expert. Isn’t the wife always the expert? I am lucky enough to live in a world where food and love are at the forefront.
I am a food blogger, recipe enthusiast, and the best friend to the Barkley’s. I have known Celine since culinary school and stood up in hers and Jeff’s wedding. Writing and structuring recipes is my hobby and passion. When it comes to cooking on the home grill, I am second to none. I, too, spent most of my summers in the wilderness, camping and foraging. I have made pretty much every dish you can think of over a campfire, or on a grill. Jeff and I get to relive our most treasured memories by creating and contributing to this website.
